Data protection
Privacy policy
This page clearly explains how personal data is processed when you browse the website or prepare a journey request.
Last updated: 23 August 2026
Data controller
The data controller is the operator of the AISNE AIRPORT service. The operator determines the means and purposes used to respond to journey requests.
The currently confirmed contact for any personal data question is the telephone number shown below.
Data concerned
Depending on the information you choose to provide, the following data may be processed:
- first name and surname;
- telephone number;
- departure town, pick-up address and destination address;
- date, time, vehicle and number of passengers;
- comments or information useful for pick-up;
- technical connection data, including IP address and request information processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.
How the form works
The form does not automatically send a booking to AISNE AIRPORT and does not save its content in a website database.
The information is used in your browser to prepare a message. It is transferred to WhatsApp only when you choose to continue and send that message.
Purposes and legal bases
- preparing, reviewing and responding to your journey request: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
- communicating with you and organising the requested service: pre-contractual steps or performance of the contract;
- operating, maintaining and securing the website: the operator’s legitimate interest.
Recipients and external services
Journey request information is intended for AISNE AIRPORT. When you use the WhatsApp button, it is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which may process technical logs needed to host, secure and deliver the website. These providers may carry out processing or international transfers under their own contractual safeguards and policies.
Retention
The website does not retain the form content. Messages received by telephone or WhatsApp are kept only for as long as needed to process the request, organise the journey and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted or archived where necessary.
Technical logs are retained according to the periods and criteria applied by the hosting provider to deliver and secure its service.
Exercise your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of processing. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object to processing or request data portability.
To exercise your rights, contact AISNE AIRPORT using the telephone number below. Proof of identity may be requested only where needed to verify the person making the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

The website currently installs no advertising tool, tracking pixel or audience measurement solution requiring consent. No consent banner is therefore displayed.
If a tool requiring consent is added later, this policy will be updated and the relevant trackers will be blocked until the user has made a choice.
Security and policy updates
The production website uses an HTTPS connection. Information should not include sensitive data that is unnecessary for preparing the journey.
This policy may be updated if the website, its providers or applicable requirements change.
